Understanding the requirements of our customers and the analytical instrumentation industry is at the care of our process for solid product design. It all starts with listening. With years of experience and discussions with a variety of customer, we have distilled what we’ve learned into the four pillars of our product design process materials, geometry, performance, and appearance.

Our intent is provide replacement parts that are, in each case, “equivalent to” or better than the corresponding OEM part.

With the product process in mind, we pursues two possible paths toward offering OEM alternative parts. We has cultivated relationships with many parts and component manufacturing companies that cater to high tech industries such as analytical instrumentation. We uses these vendors wherever possible to source parts that match the performance and look of the OEM’s. Alternatively, we develop the products in-house. This process includes reverse engineering dimensions and material, prototyping and testing.

Our desired outcome from this rigorous process is to provide you with the analytical instrumentation parts and services you need, when you need them – all supplied by friendly, knowledgeable people at a reasonable price.
